Rope Access Trainer

Job Description
- Mentor, teach, and train the proper work habits to an assigned SSE employee
- Conduct/participate in company safety and training programs, rope access training and rescue scenarios when it is in need
- Complies with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company and clients
- Must be able to follow the direction of project managers
- Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, and paperwork.
- Inspect rope/rigging prior to crew starting up rope access training
- Provide full rescue plan prior to crew starting up work activities
- Ensure that rope activities are following current SPRAT guidelines
- Must have computer skills to work in Microsoft outlook, excel and word in order to perform the digital part of the tracking/reporting process
Experience / Qualifications
- Rope Access Level 3 certified (valid cert)
- Experience in training rope access
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Available Monday through Friday
